DarkMatterDaily Publisher
Terms of Service
These terms govern use of DarkMatterDaily Publisher for preparing, reviewing, and uploading approved short videos.
Service Description
DarkMatterDaily Publisher is a publishing workflow tool for the DarkMatterDaily educational astronomy, science, and universe video channel. It supports the preparation, review, and upload of approved short videos to supported publishing platforms.
Acceptable Use
You may use the service only for lawful publishing workflows and in accordance with applicable platform policies. You must not use the service to upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized content.
Authorization for Uploads
By connecting a publishing account, you confirm that you are authorized to grant DarkMatterDaily Publisher access to prepare and upload approved videos on behalf of that account. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication where approval is required.
Draft upload and Direct Post are separate actions. A draft upload sends an approved video to TikTok for later completion. A Direct Post sends an approved video to TikTok for automatic posting only after the authorized user confirms the selected caption, privacy level, interaction settings, and required disclosures.
Intellectual Property Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all videos, audio, images, captions, metadata, trademarks, and other materials submitted or uploaded through the service are owned by you, licensed to you, or otherwise legally authorized for use and publication.
No Guarantee of Publication
DarkMatterDaily Publisher does not guarantee that any video will be published, remain available, receive distribution, or be accepted by a third-party platform. Platform review systems, account status, technical issues, policy decisions, and rate limits may affect publication.
Account Suspension
Access to the service may be suspended or restricted if we detect misuse, unauthorized access, security risk, violation of these terms, violation of third-party platform policies, or activity that may harm the service or connected accounts.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarkMatterDaily Publisher and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of account access, loss of revenue, failed publication, platform enforcement, or interruption of service.
Disconnecting Access
You may disconnect a publishing account at any time. Disconnecting prevents DarkMatterDaily Publisher from using that authorization for future uploads or Direct Posts, but it does not remove content that has already been sent to a third-party platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DarkMatterDaily Publisher after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
